SHIPPING & RETURNS

GENERAL INFORMATION

Stacy Samarin Designs, LLC & Pa'nache Home, Lifestyle, Design have determined the best, most efficient shipping methods based on the merchandise you have selected. We've selected the best professional carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know the method of shipping once your order is processed. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact us with any questions.

All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Items ordered together might not arrive in the same box.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent.

White Glove Delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up your delivery. They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and assemble the furniture. After you have approved, they will take all debris with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

 

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. 

We take great pride in the merchandise we offer. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy or merchandise received.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been received by our fulfillment center.

When you submit an order through our site, an order confirmation is sent to you and our system verifies your payment method. After you place your order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center and can no longer be modified in any way. It is our hope that this expedited turnaround works to your advantage, but we do understand that it can make it difficult to cancel or modify your order.

Since we are unable to cancel your order, and if you placed your order by accident, please feel free to return your order by refusing shipment and send it back un-opened to us for a full refund of the merchandise value, less the round trip shipping cost. Please contact us to confirm and receive authorization of your return.

There is a round trip shipping charge for orders that are returned. Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization number will be ineligible for a full refund.

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE

Once your order is on the way, you will receive a confirmation email from our team along with your final paid receipt for the items in transit. Most deliveries will be handled by FedEx/UPS or some shipments may be sent with a freight carrier. With the tracking provided, you will be able to see the estimated delivery date so that any arrangements can be made to prepare for delivery. When placing your order, please be sure to provide the best contact phone number with the delivery address so our drivers know who to contact as needed.

Please note that the recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report any damages or defects. For items that are shipped via freight carrier, you must inspect the item on site and note any defects on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery. Any claims for damages need to be reported within 7 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.

The item and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.

The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the piece and could invalidate your return.
