The Sweet Sister's Project
What a joy to be able to upgrade this room from little girls room to a young ladies sanctuary. Blending their styles, and personality’s meant each having to give the other something they wanted...a little teal & glam room blended with a heart for adventure/travel and simple black and white = the happiest girls in the world! We added some extra special elements like a flocked Christmas tree that they can add their special ornaments to every year. When they turn 18 and move out they will already have special ornaments from their childhood to take with them. They each got their own personalized pin board, lots of cubbies, drawers and some awesome woven, rope baskets for storage. And who doesn’t want a swinging chair in their room! The cats will have to fight the sisters for it. Don’t even get me started on the closet turned glam room...we are still waiting on two big (beautiful) items to put in this space, so more pictures to come once they are installed...it will literally blow your mind! We didn’t want the Gals waiting any longer for their space (it is 2020) so we went ahead with the install and are thrilled with how it turned out. These sweet sisters will be able to continue thriving in this space for years to come.

PROJECT: Blosser Hall Bath Remodel
The BLOSSER project was fun from the start. One of the best clients I have had the privilege of working with. Their entire hall bath was gutted and reworked to add additional closet space from the hallway and create a move defined bathroom layout for their kids. They wanted to space to feel fun, fresh and a little modern yet timeless so it still looks great even after the kids are grown. We used a classic grey and white color pallet and added a pop of blue to bring in serenity and some fun. The marble floors in a hexagon pattern is stunning along with the lucite pulls on the cabinets. We painted the cabinets a darker grey to create an anchor and topped it off with a beautiful quartz counter top that has grey veining throughout. Since we selected a traditional tile for the tub/shower combo, we opted to lay it vertically to bring in more of a modern feel. Chrome fixtures were use to add a little sparkle. PROJECT: Sanders Court Master Bedroom
Talk about a transformation. This master-bedroom went from drab to fab! Our clients wanted a bedroom they could truly rest and recharge in, modern with a farmhouse cozy feel. We replaced the floors, painted the walls, baseboards, ceiling and doors and brought in all new furniture, bedding, lighting and accessories. Truly a master bedroom worth sleeping in!

PROJECT: Sanders Court Guest Bath Remodel
Our Sanders Court guest bath remodel came as a wonderful surprise thanks to some leaky pipes out in the garage. Our clients were excited to be able to transform this space sooner then expected. They new they wanted to continue that modern farmhouse feel and I knew exactly how to bring that to life! We kept the color pallet light and bright and stayed with a modern black and white look. Found some uh-mazing farmhouse sinks and capped them off with a little sparkle...chrome faucets with an old style shape. The ship-lap was added on the back wall as a feature and we crowned it off with black, iron goose neck lights. This bathroom is ready to welcome all their guests for years to come.
